Who I am
Hold. is the breathwork and nervous-system practice of Nadine D'Elia, provided through Loepfe Consulting - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Loepfe Consulting - FZCO is the data controller for anything you share with me through this site, by email, or in a session. You can reach me at hello@holdbreathwork.com.
What this site collects
The contact and team-enquiry forms collect what you type into them – your name, email, an optional message, and for team enquiries your company and rough team size. Submissions are stored by Netlify (the site's host) and sent to my inbox via Resend (an email provider). You'll get an automatic acknowledgement from me.
Booking an intro call uses Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy and will ask for your name and email.
This site doesn't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
What I collect in sessions
Before we work together I'll ask a few health screening questions – things like pregnancy, cardiovascular, respiratory or seizure conditions – because some breathing techniques aren't right for everyone. This is health data. I keep it only to run sessions safely, I don't share it, and I delete it when we stop working together or on request.
Session notes stay with me and are never shared with an employer, even when a company is paying.
The Hold app
If you use the Hold app (as a private client or as part of a team programme), it has its own privacy policy inside the app covering check-ins, surveys, wearable data and messages. The short version: your individual data is visible to you and to me, and never to your employer – team dashboards only ever show anonymised group statistics with a minimum group size of five.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@holdbreathwork.com and I'll do it within a few days. If you're in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
