What this is

Breathwork and nervous-system sessions with Nadine D'Elia, provided by Loepfe Consulting - FZCO (United Arab Emirates), delivered online or in person, to individuals and to teams. These terms are between you and Loepfe Consulting - FZCO. Sessions are educational and experiential. They are not medical or psychological treatment, and they don't replace care from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional.

Your health

Some breathing techniques aren't suitable for everyone. Before your first session you'll complete a short screening, and you agree to tell me about anything relevant – including pregnancy, cardiovascular, respiratory or seizure conditions, recent surgery, or a history of panic or trauma – so I can adapt the practice. Never practise breath-holds in or near water, or while driving.

You stay in charge of your own body throughout. Nothing is forced, and you can stop at any point.

Booking and cancellation

The intro call is free and carries no obligation. Paid sessions are confirmed once booked and paid for, or once a written proposal is accepted for team work.

Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more before a session are free. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full, because that time can't be offered to anyone else. If I have to cancel, you get a full reschedule or refund – your choice.

Teams

Team engagements are quoted in writing as a fixed price. The proposal sets out the format, dates and what's included, and forms the contract when accepted. Individual participant data – survey answers, check-ins, wearable metrics, messages – is never shared with the employer; only anonymised group statistics with a minimum group size of five.

Where a session-feedback guarantee is offered, it's set out in the proposal along with the threshold that applies.

Recordings and materials

Guided practices, recordings and written materials are for your personal use (or your team's, under a team engagement). Please don't republish or resell them.
